Windows phones running Windows Mobile 6.5 or later come with the latest version of Internet Explorer Mobile. Internet Explorer Mobile 6 delivers the same high quality browsing and media viewing experience that you’ve come to expect on your desktop computer.
If you can see it in Internet Explorer on your PC, you’ll be able to see it just as well on your Windows phone, whether the content you want is on YouTube, a game using Flash animation, or on a social site like Facebook or MySpace.
Do more
Just like you do on your PC, you can complete online transactions easily on your Windows phone. Log in to secure sites, make purchases, fill out and submit forms online—you can do it all as effortlessly as you would on your PC.
Find more
Working hand-in-hand with Windows Live Search, Internet Explorer Mobile 6 targets the results of your searches so that you get the information that is most relevant to you, no matter where you are. You can zoom in and out, or pan across maps and photos. Your search can be typed or spoken, and the results are returned with complete addresses, phone numbers, and maps, so you can contact who or what you’re looking for.
